Chicken pieces (with skin) – ½ kg
Eggs – 2
Milk – 2 to 3 tbsp
Corn Flour – 2 cups
Garlic powder – 2 tsp
Paprika pwder – 11/4 tsp
Pepper pwder – ¼tsp
Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
Crushed corn flakes – 2 tbsp
Oil – to fry
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Red chilly pwder – ½ tsp
Pepper pwder – ½ tsp
Wash & clean the chicken pieces. (Keep the skin)
Marinate the chicken with the ingredients in ‘To marinate’ and keep aside for 2 hours.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk and mix it well and keep aside.
In a plate,mix the flour, garlic pwdr, paprika powder, pepper pwder, bread crumbs, crushed
corn flakes & salt until well mixed.
Now after the marination time(2 hours)…Take a chicken piece,add it to the flour mixture and
roll and coat it evenly,Now dip it in the egg mixture and then roll it once again in the flour
mixture.Shake off the excess flour and keep it aside.
Do this for all the pieces.
Now heat oil in a frying pan for deep frying.When the oil is hot,turn the flame to medium
and fry the chicken pieces (3 pieces at a time…remember do not crowd).
Turn over the pieces gently with care every few minutes (Also keep on changing the flame from
high to medium during the process) and cook till crispy.
Fry till the chicken is golden brown on all sides.
Remove the chicken and place on a kitchen tissue to drain away the excess oil.
Repeat the process for all the pieces.
Serve Hot with Chips and tomato sauce and Enjoy!!!
